Love & War

Love & War is an expanded cinema installation composed of two looping 16mm film projectors and a book containing documentation of its creation as well as fragments of original poetry. The film was created by transferring the artist's own blood and semen patterns to black leader film using a series of bleach treatments. Projected side by side they create a loop of abstract visuals.

The piece was created to highlight the similarities between love and violent conflict.
