Originally released December 2024, STAINS is the debut poetry collection of Cody Merrick consisting of twenty-two poems. The largely autobiographical collection spans the topics of violence, substance addiction, mental illness, and the pain of navigating through a life marred by intergenerational trauma. 

The collection is presented as a publically accessible digital scan of the stained and damaged original print.
